Cancellation Policy
To help our guests plan with confidence, we've outlined our cancellation windows below. Please review the policy that applies to your travel dates before booking.
Peak Season — 21-Day Cancellation Window Applies to stays during June, July, and August, as well as major holiday periods including Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and New Year's week.
Guests must cancel at least 21 days prior to their scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival during peak season may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Non-Peak Season — 7-Day Cancellation Window Applies to all other dates outside of peak season.
Guests must cancel at least 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Processing Fee A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of timing or season.
